MTD brought new life to Porto Bellagio through a large-scale restoration encompassing four residential towers, two parking structures, and 500 units. Every surface was renewed — from stucco repairs and concrete restoration to precise color application — preserving the property’s refined Mediterranean aesthetic and structural integrity along Sunny Isles Beach.
